I am a professional organizer and ADHD coach… with ADHD.
As an adult woman who went undiagnosed for a long time, I have developed a lot of systems, strategies, and tricks to keep things (relatively) together despite (and often because of) the way my brain works, and since my diagnosis I have studied everything I can concerning ADHD, executive functioning, habit formation, and general productivity.
I have over 1000 hours of experience helping people organize their homes and become more productive at home. I currently have level one certifications from the Institute for Challenging Disorganization in ADHD and Challenging Disorganization, I have completed the Foundation level courses with Coach Approach Training Institute (which is an ICF accredited school) and I am currently working on my ACC level credential with ICF. My specialties are habit formation, time management, and productivity struggles in neurodivergent people.
I would LOVE to help you manage your life, become more productive (but never for productivity’s sake), spend more time doing the things you love, and avoid the burnout so common in today’s work and hustle culture.
